SUGC JUNIORS V LEEDS

The match was being played at Lindrick on Sunday 8th June
The course was in excellent condition
The weather was warm and windy
The morning foursomes at tight affair resulting in the scores being even at 6-6
The afternoon matches ebbed and flowed either way
And with the match standing 18-16 in Sheffields favour it went down to the last pair and on the 17th Sheffield went 1up and then on the 18th with a par Sheffield won the match 20-16
The match was played in good spirits and a hard fought victory for Sheffield
